Social Events

Within the context of socializing, there have been organized several activities:

1. On Thursday the 5th we 'll visit the archaeological museum of Ierapetra. That will possibly combined with a relaxed guided tour around the town.
2. Afterwards, in the evening, there will be the conference dinner!
3. Friday teh 6th, Professor M. Georganopoulos will give a talk to the public of Ierapetra. The talk will be in Greek.
4. Saturday the 7th which is after the end of the workshop, there will be an excursion to the exotic island of "chrisi". That will last roughly from 11:00 to 17:00. We'll be taken to the island by small boats. The cost per person last year was 20 euros but we hope to a better price since we have a "group" discount.
