The Board meeting will commence at 9:00 on Monday 28th November and will finish at 17:45 (see Agenda).

13:45 - 17:45	Board Meeting, Auditorium 0.02, MPIfR (parts of the session are closed)
19:00	Conference dinner in Hotel Königshof, Adenauerallee 9, 53111 Bonn

For the morning of Tuesday, November 29th, a guided tour is scheduled for interested people to the MPIfR 100 metre radio telescope in Effelsberg, near Bad Münstereifel, 40 kilometre far from Bonn. 

08:30 - 09:30	Travel to Effelsberg from the Stern Hotel
09:30 - 11:00	Visit to the Radio Telescope Effelsberg
11:00 - 12:00	Travel back to the MPIfR in Bonn
