I have recently developed an algorithm to solve the full Stokes equations of polarized radiative transfer (shown above). I have embedded this algorithm into the ray-tracing code RADMC-3D (see the link below). With these combined codes I can generate synthetic images (in Stokes I, Q, U, and V) that include the effects of Faraday rotation, Faraday conversion, relativistic aberration, Doppler beaming, and opacity through 3D relativistic jet simulations.
