  1. •November, 2016: Registration in now open (see end of page)! 

  2. •March 24, 2017: Registration deadline.

  3. •April 14, 2017: Program announcement.

  4. •June 12 -16, 2017: The conference will take place.



Registration

The registration fees will be collected in cash at the registration desk and  will be as follows:

    200€: Regular fee (for registration before the registration deadline of March 24, 2017).

    100€: Student fee (for PhD and MSc students)

    300€: Late registration fee (for registration later than the registration deadline of March 24, 2017)


The registration fee covers:

  1. •coffee breaks

  2. •conference dinner

  3. •conference bag

  4. •stationary

  5. •conference operational costs. 

 

Important notes:

  1. •The registration fee will be received in cash at the conference venue.

  2. •There may be possibilities (without any current guarantee) for partial financial support. Updates will posted as soon as they arrive. 

  3. • The venue has a limited number of seats which may hinter your participation. For that reason we strongly recommend that you register as soon as possible.
