1) Deadline and number of pages
The Proceedings of the conference will be published in the Memorie della Societa Astronomica Italiana. They will be made available electronically and in book form and will be referenced in the ADS. Each of the authors will receive a volume.

The deadline for receiving the final version of all papers is August  15th  2010.  

The following page limits will apply:
    8 pages for invitated talks,
    4 pages for posters / short talks

2) Tar file link
The contributions have to be prepared with LATEX, using the document class mem.cls. You can download it  together with the example file, memo_demo, as a single tar gzipped file.
The document class mem.cls has been derived from the document class aa.cls of Astronomy & Astrophysics, with kind permission of EDP Sciences. The style is the same like that of Astronomy & Astrophysics.

3) Practical details
Please,  in the field [...] of bibtem  remember to put the year in parenthesis (..),  as:
\bibitem[Wagoner, Fowler, \& Hoyle(1967)]{wagoner} ..etc..
so that
\citep{wagoner} will appear as (Wagoner, Fowler, \& Hoyle 1967)
\citet{wagoner} will appear as  Wagoner, Fowler, \& Hoyle (1967)
This will save a lot of editing time to the Editor

Figures will be only accepted in postscript or encapsulated postscript. The LATEX source code must include the commands necessary for the  inclusion of the figures.

4) Your tar file
Please send us your contribution as a single tar file with your name as file name (es: massi.tar with massi.tex, massif1.eps, massif2.eps).

If the file size is below 2 MB, you can send it by email to mmassi At mpifr-bonn.mpg.de.

Larger files should be placed on our anonymous ftp Server, using the follwing commands:
    ftp ftp.mpifr-bonn.mpg.de
     cd incoming/mmassi/jets2010/proc
    put YourName.tar
    bye
