Effelsberg Station Report
=========================

Antenna control system has been changed from VAX to a
VME machine running VxWorks with PC as input interface.
At the moment this only supports VLBI with the Mk4 system.

The DBBC will be reinstalled this summer and used in parallel
with Mk4 for geodesy experiments.

The NRAO RDBE will also be installed very soon.

During summer 2010 the antenna will be subject to extended
maintenance weekdays from 07 to 19 local time.
