Seshen25 station report for TOG meeting (November 2007) 1. Observations Shanghai 25m telescope have participated in the VLBI activities in 2007 Feb and June sessions. The telescope worked well in most of the exeriments. The Chinese radio telescopes take part in the Chang'E lunar project that results in confliction with the EVN 2007 Oct/Nov session. Shanghai 25m telescope was absent from the Oct/Nov session. 2. Antenna One of the antenna azimuth bearing was broken in August 2007. It was repaired two weeks later, and then the antenna returned to work. 3. Recording system The IVS has borrowed us eight BBCs and one IF distributor in August. (Many thanks for IVS colleagues) The Seshan station were recovered to 'standard' geodetic VLBI configuration, with 14 BBCs and 2 IF distributors. 4. Mark 5A and Field System We had a set of Mark 5A as backup. The current FS version 9.9.2 is in use. 5. e-VLBI A number of e-VLBI tests have been carried out in the first half of 2007. Now the fiber link allows for e-VLBI experiment working at a data rate of 256Mbps. An demo experiment in August 28 in Xi'an, China was successfully done among Shanghai and Australian, European telescopes. 6. On-going project This mini-DBBC work is being in progress.
