P. Burgess discussed the bandwidth extension to 8/16MHz. There was space to add the 8 MHz filters in place of the 1MHz but several options existed for the 16MHz. Consultation with the users was required before a final decision was made. The ssb mixer may not function at 16MHz and may need redesigning.
