J.D. Bregman reported on the conclusions of the upgrade team. P. Burgess noted that all these developments required a considerable upgrade in manpower at each of the EVN stations. T. Foley felt that this ought to be made clear to the directors.
P. Burgess noted that the upgrade would have to be done in such away that it would not interfere with normal operations.
