P. Burgess thanked Andrzej Kus for his kind hospitality and for making such a good job of the travel arrangements. In reply A. Kus welcomed the participants to the Torun Radio Astronomical Observatory (TRAO) and hoped they would have a useful and constructive meeting. Apologies were received from B. Nilsson (Onsala). The agenda and minutes of the last meeting were accepted.
