Analog as well as digital backends are used for monitoring and measurement data analysis purposes in the laboratory and in Effelsberg.
The picture to the right shows a controller which is used in the 21cm 7 beam and 18-21cm receivers. It allows for temperature monitoring and access to the oscillator for testing purposes.
